This is a sequence of the "Citizen Kane Overture"; a miniature overture made up of snippets from composer Bernard Herrmann's celebrated score for Orson Welles' classic film "Citizen Kane." The cues that make up this collage include: "Chronicle Scherzo"; "Kane's Return (containing a reference to "Hail! The Conquering Hero")" and "Cater's Exit." Transcribed by Ross Hastings. All parts were individually scored for Symphonic Concert Band using Freestyle & Performer Sequencing Software, and a Korg X5DR Synthesizer.

Note: This sequence can be used with non-GM synths by loading it into a sequencer and re-assigning the Program Change and MIDI Channel data to meet the requirements of your equipment.
